This is the story of our family. I hope to gather as much information as I can 
about our family history for our grandchildren so they will know who we are, 
where our ancestors came from and what our family is about. Maybe it`s also 
time to take a moment to reflect on what our ancestors went through to come to 
this country, create homes for themselves and their loved ones, and the 
hardships they endured. 
This is a `work in progress` but I hope you enjoy what I`ve discovered about 
us so far. And the more I research, the more I realize that I don't think I'll 
ever completely finish this project. 
I am so grateful for the help I've received from cousins I didn't even know I 
had. And a special thanks to the unknown relative who took the time to record 
and post on-line the Scott family history as told by Huldah Scott before she 
died in 1991. That memoir provided so much information about the Scott side of 
the family that we never would have know if it wasn't for you.
